Who ever said cooking is difficult whilst living on the road is just not really into food. Or lazy. There is so much you can make in a little space with just a gas stove. We also use a Dutch Oven, a tiny barbecue and a Coleman Campoven to add to`the fun, but they are not a necessity. Finding the right ingredients can be a bit tricky sometimes, just be willing to improvise with what you have. Or create something new! Only three rules: always take your herbs and spices with you, buy local and as much organic as possible. Oh and these dishes are a mix of our own recipes or inspired by others
